Seen these ghosties all over socials so obvs I had to join the bandwagon š« š Chocolate biscuit cake with BOOST BARS, digestive and crunchieā¦.SCARILY good!š»š»š»
Youāll need:
250g digestive biscuits
150g milk chocolate
150g dark chocolate
100g butter
150g golden syrup
3 boost bars (cut into thick slices)
3 crunchie bars (crushed into chunks)
For the top:
200g milk chocolate
100g white chocolate
How to?
1. Line a 20cm (8in) shallow, square-shaped tin.
2. Bash the biscuits into pieces using a rolling pin/food processor
3. Melt chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a heatproof bowl either set over a pan of simmering water or in 30s bursts in the microwave.
4. Once melted, stir in the broken biscuits, boost bars and crunchie.
5. Spoon the mixture into the tin. Level the surface.
6. Leave to cool, then melt the chocolate for the top and pour over the top of the chilled cake. Using a teaspoon, spoon on a little bit of white chocolate and drag it down to a point for the ghosts (think teardrop shape) and use a cocktail stick to help create eyes & a mouth with milk chocolate.
7. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set. Turn out the cake and cut into 12 squares and enjoy!
